I am a pastor of a church plant in Norman. I became a personal trainer in February. Based upon a program I participated in in 2015 which changed my life, I have been training small groups of men and women at crosspointe's gym for the last 6 months. Brett and Mike are supportive of the program. I lead clients through a 12 week program. You meet with a group fitness class before or after work on mondays and Thursdays. I educate you and motivate you to train and eat toward body and health transformation. In addition to the in-person classes: I give you 4 days of physical homework to be done in the gym or at home weekly; online community with other participants; and nutrition and eating accountability.
The workouts will be customized according to your fitness level and fitness goals.
I ask for payment of $30 per week per participant & a 12 week commitment. You will get results.
You will take before and after photos, do a before and after fitness assessment, and we will record body transformation data.
I am certified and insured through the American Council of Exercise.
