Have you made a new year’s resolution to improve your overall health and wellness for 2019? Then Cross Training might just be the class your looking for! Throughout this six week course, Cross Training’s goal will be to educate and encourage people in their pursuit to honor God with their bodies through healthier living. The class will be held on Wednesday evenings February 6 through March 13. There is no cost to attend the class.
