Event & Promotional Forms
CrossPointe Church Event Form
All events at CrossPointe must have a completed form submitted 2 weeks prior to the date of your event.
(Funerals are the only exception to this policy.)
(Members receive a 40% discount on the Facility Rentals Only, Event Personnel Fees are not discounted.)
(Non-Profit Organizations receive a 30% discount on the Facility Rentals Only, Event Personnel Fees are not discounted.)
To avoid major conflicts, do NOT promote any event until you have been notified by the Facility Administrator for approval.
For Promotion of Event, please submit "Media / Promo Request" form below.
Media / Promo Request
(This form must be submitted IN ADDITION TO EVENT FORM and at least 2 weeks before the promotion dates.)
*This is not an Event Form. You must complete an Event Form first to reserve and schedule facilities before promotions will be granted.
*This form does not guarantee promotions. Requests will be submitted to the staff for approval. You will receive word from your Staff Advocate if your promotions request has been approved or denied.
